We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

Changed your mind

  • You have 30 days from delivery.
  • The item needs to be unopened and unused. For hygiene, we can't accept opened bottles back for a change of mind.
  • Return postage is covered by you.
  • Email hello@scentsociety.com.au with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
  • Once it reaches us and we've checked it over, we refund your original payment method.

Wrong, damaged, or faulty

This one's on us.

  • Email hello@scentsociety.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • You choose: a replacement or a full refund.
  • We cover the return postage.

Your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed once your return reaches us. Allow a few business days for us to check it in, plus your bank's own processing time.
